Processing Time

Please be aware that when placing your order, that you agree that you understand we are currently processing orders in 10-15 Business Days, this does not include shipping times. We hand pour and handcraft everything to order so this can take sometime, but we promise they are worth the wait. Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or refund that order. All Sales are Final

Merchandise is only eligible for credit if defective or damaged upon delivery. You must contact us within 3 business days after receiving your order. Please include photos of defective or damaged products in order to file a cliam with our mailing providers. We may also ask that you email us with any questions or concerns at thesensoryspaco@gmail.com.

Please also be aware our handcrafted items are made from scratch and with love. No two items are ever alike but will have same basic similarities, which provides that extra peak of uniqueness to our products.

The Notes & Wax

All of our wax products are derived from a 100% All Natural Soy Wax. Our soy wax products provide a low melt point which allows a longer burins candle which works well with our 100% cotton (non-zinc) wicks.

The Top Note: This is the first impression. It is the fragrance you notice when they unscrew the lid of our candles.

The Middle Note: This is the heart and soul of the fragrance. It’s most important after the top-note recedes. The middle note is what you experience while candle is burning.

The Base Note: This is the note with tenacity, the lingering scent in our candles. This what you smell even after the candle is extinguished.
